We found some lovely old horse drawn implements -- even a old, old rusted out 1930s Ford -- in our back forty... The sleigh was up on 2nd deck near the rafters, can't believe they hoisted it up there!Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06916896512933101955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5484860057974226820.post-86608851909256773382011-03-27T13:59:55.924-04:002011-03-27T13:59:55.924-04:00Tracey -- thanks! And don't forget to plant cold-hardy crops in late summer under your cold frames (open, of course, until cold nights hit) then see how far into winter you can keep them going by keeping them closed. I've managed to have fresh greens available even after having to sweep snow off each morning. I'm not sure yet exactly which idea in my head I'm going with but it will be interesting. This will be the first year in a long time that I will be planting lettuce and radishes. I just didn't want to battle the rabbits but now is the time to begin. Just that alone will Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00571521947867768070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5484860057974226820.post-19267689329901659382011-03-27T08:19:44.442-04:002011-03-27T08:19:44.442-04:00Those turned out great, and the fact you only had ...Those turned out great, and the fact you only had to buy the hinges is awesome.
