Fiona, we are through what the weather folks called "Storm Q". It dumped 12 inches of new snow on my area. Your quote of the day fits this morning to a T. The scene after new fallen snow is a fresh clean new day. I don't mind snow but then again I don't have to be out in it if I don't want to be in it. However, my grandson (8 years old) has other ideas and before the day is over I expect to be whizzing down the school yard hill on a toboggan with him tucked in begin me. Oh, the joys of grand parenting. :0)
