Looking good! Some of the maples we tapped have started to bud already, which meant that the last pint I made was pretty bitter. :(
I'm started to see buds too, though thankfully not on the maples yet. It's been a crazy winter to be sure!
That photo is amazing! You should definitely frame that and find a place in your home for it :)
